When i do a site visit it gives me more information about who you are than words can express. A formal meeting takes you out of your element and causes you as the client to try to recreate something that i can naturally see during the site visit. Huh? -
okay if you tell me over the phone or during a formal meeting that your favorite color is blue but your studio is bubble gum pink - that's a real clue into a part of your personality that you left at the shop.
A lot of clients look at it as if im not as experienced a designer as those who have a huge studio with employees and a nice coffee station - well i just say i pass the savings to my clients by not having these things and i really get to know your style and what matters most to you as a business owner.
